Spitalfields Distillery is our in-house spirits production project, created to support a more sustainable, resilient hospitality model. Instead of relying on supply chains and rising spirit costs, we produce key spirits ourselves, right here in Spitalfields.

This approach gives us control over quality, cost and consistency while keeping production transparent and closely connected to the people enjoying the drinks .

We’re launching with a focused range of classic, high-quality house spirits designed to integrate seamlessly into ALFI’s bar and cocktail menus.

Phase One – Core Range: vodka, gin and rum

Phase Two – Development. As the distillery evolves, we’ll expand into: flavoured vodkas, citrus and botanical gins, cocktail-led liqueurs

• Offer refill options to extend bottle life and reduce waste
