How group bookings work step by step

  • Send us your preferred date, estimated guest number and the type of occasion (corporate lunch, celebration dinner, networking drinks, etc.). We’ll come back with availability and options. 

  • We’ll share the best-fit spaces for your group (and can arrange a quick walkthrough if you’d like), including layout, timings, and atmosphere 

  • Once you’ve picked the space and a date, we’ll confirm the key event details: guest estimate, timing, and any minimum spend or pre-order requirements. 

  • We’ll send a deposit link/invoice to lock everything in. Once the deposit is received, your space is secured. 

  • You’ll choose your menu (e.g., House Menu) and we’ll confirm dietary requirements and any menu tweaks available for your group. If you’d like drinks packages, we’ll tailor options to your budget and vibe. 

  • This is where we can help elevate the experience: welcome drinks/spritz station, DJ, microphone/AV, photo booth, or any personalisation (signage, printed photo design, etc.) 

  • We’ll confirm final guest numbers by the agreed deadline, lock in your pre-orders, and make final payments. 

  • Arrive, settle in and let us take care of the rest, our team will run service, timings, and any extras so you can focus on your guests.

  • "We hosted a joint 40th dinner at AFLI in the event space, and could not recommend it more highly. The team, especially Kola went above and beyond and made the entire planning process super easy - accommodating our menu requests, helping us plan the room set-up and even arranging a karaoke machine for afterwards. In London it is SO hard to find spaces for large groups with a reasonable price per head, but ALFI really delivered an amazing aesthetic environment and delicious food. On the night the team looked after us SO well and the event was a great success - our friends haven’t stopped talking about it! For events and large groups I would highly recommend ALFI."

  • "We had an office holiday party here last weekend with 55 people. The service was amazing! We had two dedicated servers/hosts, but the entire staff was so helpful and knowledgeable whenever we needed anything. Price was very reasonable for what we got—outdoor area and games with drinks and Photo Booth for two hours, and then our own private area inside for the rest of the night, with starters, mains, and desserts, along with a lot of drinks. Can’t say enough good things. As the organizer, my experience was made so much easier thanks to Alfi—no stress for me thanks to them."
