ALFI GAMES

  • Boules or 'Bocce'

    £5pp per hour

    £3pp per 30mins

    How to Play

Boules, ‘Bocce’ in Italian or Bowls in English is a classic game with many variations.

At Alfi we play italian style. Each team has 4 balls.

Two teams with either 1, 2 or 4 players toss a coin to see who throws the ‘Pallina’ - the small white ball.

Throw the Pallina as far as you see fit. The person who throws the Pallina then throws the first ball.

The teams with a ball furthest away from the Pallina takes the next throw until all balls have been thrown.

Any ball which touches the wooden surround is a dead ball and should be removed from the game.

Only one team scores in a frame. One point is awarded for each ball that is closer to the pallina than the closest ball of the opposing team.

  • Darts

    £5pp per hour

    £3pp per 30mins

    How to Play

Each player begins with either 501 or 301 points and gets three darts per turn. We recommend starting on 301, unless you’re an absolute professional!

Alternating players throw their three darts at the board one at a time and try to rack up points.

At the end of your turn, add the points earned and subtract them from your total.

The outer line is a double points line, the middle line is a triple points line, the green outer bullseye is 25 and the red bullseye is worth 50.

Players continue until they reach zero. If you score too many for your target score then your go ends and you revert back to your number at the beginning of your turn.

Your last dart has to be a double!
