Pasta-making classes

The Pasta Making Classes at ALFI were born from a simple idea: to bring the warmth of a cosy Italian kitchen right into the heart of London. Our Italian team shared stories of cooking with family and the way their nonnas taught them to shape pasta by hand. Those conversations inspired us to create something more than a class.

Our pasta making classes are a way of preserving those traditions while building a new community around them. An experience where you can learn the techniques, stories and traditions behind Italian pasta while feeling like you’ve stepped into someone’s home.

"My friend and I visited ALFI for their pasta club evening, we learnt to make 2 shapes of pasta and really enjoyed the wine pairing with it. We loved the whole vibe of the evening and the lovely setting of the semi-private room. You get a good amount of pasta to take home and we enjoyed our glass of prosecco on arrival. We especially loved the 2 lovely ladies hosting the evening! Special shout out to them who were amazing hosts and very fun! Thank you, we will be back!"
